Bug Reporting
One can report bugs to the Bug tracker (Submit directly here), or to the project's mailing lists as well.
Regardless of the submission method, please include the following basic information:
- What version or commit are you using?
- What did you do when the bug happened?
- What exactly did you see then?
- Do you have some internal kernel state available?
- Is the problem ongoing or reproduceable?
If you file a report please stay tuned on and answer further requests on specific details by developers.
Tech Support Tickets
Some problems are not strictly bugs, but involve issues deploying or using Ironclad. For discussion and solving of those issues, there is a tech support tracker (Submit directly here). Same guidelines as bug reports apply, one may use mailing lists as well for reporting.
